We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Head Chef to assist with completing the summer season. The Head Chef must be proficient in Russian cuisine while also being skilled in other cooking styles. They will need to display good leadership skills as there is a sous chef on board. In addition to this they need to be able to keep a clean tidy galley, have a calm approach to the job and be able to communicate respectfully and clearly with all crew. Excellent references are essential!
