Summary
We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 25m+ Private S/Y.
-Permanent position to start ASAP in the NE Coast, USA.
-Itinerary: NE Coast USA and the Caribbean.
-The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience and preferably be culinary trained.
-You should be confident providing a high level of food, plating and experience for the owner.
-Experience with Mediterranean cuisine, healthy and low sugar diet is preferred.
-Maximum 6 guests.
-Total of 5 mixed nationality crew onboard.
-Non smoking vessel.
-You should be fluent in English.
-B1/B2 essential.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA
