We are now recruiting for a rotational Sous Chef to join a 50m+ Private/Charter M/Y | Start Date: September | Rotation 2:2
The position will be a sole crew Chef in the winter and Sous Chef in the summer;
Must have a minimum of 1 years industry experience;
Must be culinary trained and have high end restaurant experience;
Must have a good all round cooking knowledge with a variety of different cuisines;
Strong references.
LOA: 50m+
