Summary
We are after an experienced Chief Mate to join a 45m private motor yacht with a busy dual-season itinerary across the Mediterranean, US, Caribbean, and Bahamas. We’re looking for a proactive leader to work closely with the Captain on safe navigation and vessel management, lead a motivated deck team, and maintain top-tier standards across deck operations, safety, and maintenance. The role also involves active guest interaction, including driving large tenders and overseeing watersports activities. Ideal candidates will hold an OOW ticket, have strong hands-on experience on yachts of similar size, and be backed by excellent references.
