We're Hiring: Yacht Crew Placement Agent (Hybrid | South of France)
Join our dynamic international team as a Yacht Crew Placement Agent, based in the South of France. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with 1–2 days per week in our local office after a proper training, and working hours from 12 PM to 8 PM CET to align with our US-based clients and offices.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for yacht crew (interior, deck, engineering, galley)
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates in line with MLC standards
- Liaise with captains, managers, and owners to understand crew needs and culture
- Coordinate with our US offices to ensure a seamless international client experience
- Provide post-placement follow-up to ensure satisfaction and crew integration
What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in yacht crew placement, luxury recruitment, or yachting operations
- Solid understanding of yacht roles, certifications, and MLC compliance
- Based in the South of France or Monaco with the legal right to work
- Fluent in English; other languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
- Exceptional communication, organization, and people skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
