Summary
We are looking for an experienced superyacht Sous Chef to hit the galley floor running and integrate seamlessly with the Head Chef, interior team and all crew members, on board an 80m privately owned yacht. This is a temporary position, to start as soon as possible and remain until end of September. Cruising location is currently South of France.
Candidates must have the following in order to apply:

Required Qualifications:
- Passport, any Visas, STCW and Seafarer Medical all in date and with at least six months validity
- Chefs Qualifications
- Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3
- PDSD (or can take an online course quickly)
Package, under MLC compliant SEA
- €200 per day
- joining and repatriation travel
- 38 days leave, paid out pro-rata
- comprehensive medical insurance
- shared cabin
Male candidates preferred, due to cabin arrangements. Preferred location of candidates is within Europe.
