Summary
We are seeking a temporary crew chef to cover a period of medical leave on board from 14 August to 26 August (inc travel days). Chef will be cooking for 31 crew (with assistance from Sous Chef at times), lunches and dinners. We are presently with guests on board so candidate needs to be comfortable working in a busy galley of 3 chefs. Candidate must have experience in crew food cooking and an understanding of serving a variety of healthy foods and maintaining a clean galley and work environment.
