The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Deckhand with at least 1-2 years of yachting experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, high stamina, and an energetic, "go-getter" attitude are essential for this fast-paced program. You should be career-driven, mature, and ready to step into a demanding yet rewarding role. Solid tender driving skills are a must, along with a good understanding of painting, varnishing, and general deck maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a deckhand looking to grow within a professional, structured environment with the added benefits of a training budget and charter tips following the probation period.
- Required experience: 1-2 years on similar-sized yachts, with strong tender handling and deck maintenance skills
