TEMPORARY HEAD CHEF – 75M CHARTER MOTOR YACHT – MED - ASAP start date

We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a busy, 75m charter motor yacht currently cruising the Med. This is a fast-paced programme with high guest expectations, so you must be confident running a large galley and delivering a refined, varied menu under pressure.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Head Chef experience on 60m+ motor yachts
- Strong charter background with a flair for fresh, seasonal cuisine
- Ability to lead the galley solo and maintain excellent provisioning and hygiene standards
- Confident communicator with a calm, organised approach
This is a great opportunity to step into an established programme and hit the ground running.
Candidates must hold valid STCW, ENG1, proven experience and excellent references
