Summary
We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Deck/Stew to join a busy 34m charter motor yacht for the med season. The boat is currently located in Croatia. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded candidate who enjoys a dual role and is eager to gain valuable experience on both deck and interior.
Required qualifications:
- STCW II/4 (Rating forming part of navigational watch) or IYT Yachtmaster OOW500

You will assist the Chief Officer with exterior maintenance and take part in navigational watches while underway. When guests are onboard, you’ll also support the Chief Stew with service and interior duties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
This is a seasonal position with an immediate start, running through to the end of the charter season.
The boat offers a monthly salary of 3500EUR per month.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and we're looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and a flexible, can-do attitude.
