ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 75M+
We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join a private 75m+ MY. This is a great program centered around health and wellness.
Requirements:
- This is a busy role as there will be times where you are the Sole Chef onboard during quieter periods - you must be efficient and able to work independently.
- 3+ years of cooking experience in high-end restaurants/on similar sized yachts. Ideally you will have knowledge on provisioning and galley operations.
- Galley team of 2 on trips - cooking for 20+ crew and assisting with guest food.
- Baking and pastry skills are a bonus.
- The team are really focused on their health and fitness so crew food is developed with this in mind. Nutritional knowledge would be advantageous.
- Must be a team player and flexible in the galley.
Package/Vessel:
- Dynamic: Great crew with good longevity.
- Leave: 10:10 (weeks) rotation
- Salary: DOE but paid euros as well as annual bonus scheme.
- Start date: Joining in Europe at the end of August to allow a handover with the rotational partner.
