Summary
We are looking for a confident and highly skilled Deckhand / Tender Driver to join a prestigious 105m private superyacht with an excellent crew and owner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic deck team on a world-class vessel.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling large and powerful tenders, with a strong emphasis on guest service, safety, and reliability.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional tender driving skills
- Experience with 18m limo tenders or similar-sized vessels
- Confident operating multiple outboard engines – total power 1800hp
- Strong deck maintenance and mooring knowledge
- RYA Yachtmaster Offshore is a must
- RYA Tender Operator is a must
- STCW, ENG1, and valid passport
- B1/B2 visa will be a huge plus
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience on 80m+ yachts preferred

Contract: Permanent with 60 days leave/year
