Summary

SOUS CHEF

Charter vessel looking for an experienced sous chef to cook for crew and support the head chef on charter

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with galley setup and organization
  • Help prepare and present meals for guests and crew
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Step up in the Chef’s absence
  • Reporting to: Chef
  • What we expect:
  • Previous yacht or high-end restaurant experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Valid STCW and ENG1
  • Male Due to Cabin Arrangements
  • Start Date around 15th August

  • Schengen (or EU Resident)

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • MCA CoC Officer of the Watch <3000gt
Culinary Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Culinary Certificate(s)
  • Certificate in Professional Cookery & Culinary Arts (1 - 6 mths)
Food & Hygiene Qualifications
