This vessel is looking to fill a unique senior service stewardess role onboard where you will be leading the service team and from time to time stepping in to manage the vessel when the CS is away. The CS relies heavily on her team to support her as she is managing two vessels simultaneously plus charters. Really looking for a great wing woman to assist. This role would be a great fit for someone who has been on 90m+ vessels in a senior role and is looking for a challenge or a candidate who has worked on larger vessels in the past and is currently a CS onboard smaller vessels who would like to step up in size as a lead role.

Package on offer
90 days of leave, which they try to keep to a 3:1 rotation, but flexibility is required as a 3:1 schedule is not always possible.
2 bonuses per year, pro-rated on time spent onboard (one at the end of summer and one Christmas bonus).
Competitive Salary USD DOE for the right candidate and will be determined by the captain.
Requirements:
B1B2 in hand
All certificates up to date for the next year
Valid passport and visas for the next year
Drivers license
4-5 years in the industry and 3+ years in a similar role
Leadership skills
Cocktail and mixology experience
Wine knowledge (WSET levels 1 & 2 an asset)
Cigar maintenance knowledge
Barista training
Tablescaping
Floral arrangements training
Experience with being uniform girl is a huge asset.
