Summary
Fantastic opportunity for a Sole Engineer looking for more sea time on board a 40m SY currently in Monaco.
Ideal candidate would have 3 – 4 years experience in the industry as well as their AEC 1 and 2. Yacht master preferred but no mandatory. Previous experience on a sailing yacht is a bonus but not essential.
This role would be perfect for a 2nd Engineer who is ready to run their own engine room or a Sole Engineer with experience. The main engine is above 350Kw so you will be able to gain sea time while onboard.
The crew are active and this is not a big party vessel so someone who can be on their own and is comfortable with a quiet boat will do well in this role.
Cruising itinerary is currently Monaco boat show then Vilanova, Pendennis for the winter followed by a Med summer.
Salary DOE.
38 days leave.
One flight home for holiday.
Training package after 1 year.
Schengen visa in hand.
Start date 28 September.
