We are looking for a versatile and motivated Deckhand/Stewardess to join a 20m charter motor yacht currently based in Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional yet relaxed team, delivering a high standard of service in a busy charter environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dual role, be confident handling lines and fenders, and comfortable providing interior service, including guest care, cabin turn-downs, and light housekeeping. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in presentation, and is ready to jump into a seasonal charter program in the Med. Fluency in English is required, and candidates must have the legal right to work in the EU.
