Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Captain to take the helm of a 22m private sailing yacht based in the Mediterranean Sea. This is a seasonal position, ideal for a hands-on Captain looking to join a well-maintained vessel with a private program and a respectful owner.
Candidates must have solid sailing experience and a proven track record running similar-sized sailing yachts. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Mediterranean cruising grounds are required. A proactive approach and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations are essential.
We’re looking for someone organized, professional, and committed to maintaining high onboard standards. The ability to work well with crew and create a calm, efficient atmosphere onboard is key. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the EU.
