Summary
ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 70M+
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join a wonderful 70m+ charter vessel. This is a lovely opportunity for a talented Chef to join a well run and welcoming program!
Requirements:
- This is a busy program with high profile charters so you must be able to dive straight in.
- 3+ years of cooking experience in high-end restaurants/on similar sized yachts.
- It is important that you have worked on 65m+ vessels to understand the dynamic and expectations of a similar sized yacht. Cooking for 20+ crew.
- Baking and pastry skills are a bonus.
- Great work ethic, ability to work independently to keep the crew well fed, and committed to making each charter a success.
- Must be a team player and flexible in the galley.
Package/Vessel:
- Dynamic: Lovely owners and crew - the Captain is wonderful and has been with the owners for a long time.
- Leave: 2:2 rotation
- Salary: $5,500+/- DOE, equal share of charter tips and annual bonus scheme.
- Start date: Due to unforeseen issues, 28th of July onwards.
