Summary
TEMP HEAD CHEF 75M+ MY
We are searching for an experienced Head Chef to assist a well-run and professional yacht for roughly 6 weeks. You will be covering the Head Chef whilst he goes on his leave so you must be able to dive straight in and run the galley to a great standard.
- You will be joining in Europe and will have a few days to do a handover with the permanent Head Chef
- Length of contract will most likely be around 6 weeks, but this may change slightly.
- Great team onboard with a strong Sous Chef who has been with the program for years so knows the guest preferences well.
- That said, there is a wealth of knowledge onboard so you will be thoroughly briefed on the guest's likes and dislikes.
- Ideally you will have experience as a Head Chef on a similar sized vessel.
- You will also be strong with Asian and Mexican cuisines as well as working with seafood.
- Must hold a Ship's Cook certificate.
Package:
- Salary is DOE but very competitive.
- Leave will be accrued and then paid out at the end of the project.
- Own cabin on offer.
- Start date would be around the 2nd of August, end date would be around the 15th of September.
