Summary
Burgess Recruitment is urgently seeking a Temporary Chief Stewardess for a 50m Private/Charter motor yacht to complete the season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, experienced Chief Stewardess looking to step into a seasonal role or a confident 2nd Stew ready to step up and take the lead for the remainder of the summer.
Requirements:
- A motivated, well-organised and efficient interior lead
- Positive, proactive attitude with a hands-on management style
- Proven leadership experience and confidence managing a small interior team
- Minimum 1–2 seasons in a senior interior position
- Excellent service and guest interaction skills
- Attention to detail across housekeeping, laundry, and table presentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with all departments
Start date: ASAP
Location: France
Salary: EUR 5000-6000 DOE
Contract: Temporary – through end of the season
