Burgess recruitment are seeking a Second Stewardess for a 40m+ Charter M.Y
We are seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join for the rest of the Med season. The vessel is currently based in Italy and operates a busy private/charter program cruising French and Italian waters.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Full rotational duties within the interior: service, housekeeping, and laundry
- Strong service background with knowledge in cocktails, wine, and table settings
- Assisting the Chief Stewardess with interior administration and inventory
- Providing leadership and direction to the 3rd Stewardess
- Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service
- Supporting a drama-free, positive, and proactive onboard environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role on vessels of comparable size
- Up-to-date STCW, ENG1, and relevant certificates
- Valid Schengen visa (minimum 6 months validity)
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent references and proven longevity
- Confident, well-presented, and able to step up when needed
Start Date: 1st August
End Date: 1st November
Salary: €3,800/month
Leave: 3.13 days/month
Contract Type: Seasonal
