We are looking for a capable and organised female Purser to join a newly purchased 80m+ private motor yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of setting up a new program and helping build a positive, professional onboard culture from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in a purser or senior administrative role and feel confident managing yacht operations with the support of a great team. A structured handover will be in place to ensure a smooth transition.
???? What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Purser or similar admin/crew support role on board
- Comfortable managing logistics, crew movements, admin, and guest planning
- Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Health-conscious and happy to join a fitness-minded crew
- Purser CoC or relevant certification preferred
- Female candidates only, due to cabin arrangements
- No visible tattoos due to owner's preferences
