Position: Chief Officer
Contract: 10:10 Rotation
Salary: €8,000 per month
Start Date: 20th August
Location: Currently in the Mediterranean
Gender: Male only (due to cabin arrangements)
We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Chief Officer to join a professionally run 80m private/charter vessel. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent bridge and deck management skills, and a firm understanding of ISM and MLC compliance.
You’ll be joining a fit and active crew who value professionalism, teamwork, and a positive onboard culture.
Requirements:
- Chief Mate 3000 CoC (essential)
- 2+ years' experience in a senior deck role on 70–90m vessels
- Solid knowledge of ISM and MLC operations
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Must come from a dual-season, busy private or charter yacht
- Professional, organized, and confident in managing crew and bridge operations
