Position: Experienced Purser – 80m Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced female Purser to join a prestigious 80m+ private motor yacht. This is not a first-time Purser role—the successful candidate must bring strong prior experience in a similar position and be confident stepping in and hitting the ground running.
This is an immediate start opportunity with a structured handover in place. The yacht runs to a very high standard and maintains a professional, active crew culture.
???? Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Purser on 80m+ motor yachts
- Holder of a Purser CoC or equivalent certification
- Strong capability in all back-of-house operations, including:
- Administration and financial management
- Logistics and provisioning
- Itinerary planning and guest arrangements
- Port clearances and crew logistics
- Calm, efficient, and solutions-focused, especially under pressure
- Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized
- No visible tattoos due to owner's preferences
- Must enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle, as the crew are fitness-minded
- Female candidates only, due to cabin arrangements
