We are currently recruiting a professional and experienced Chief Stewardess for a 42-meter Motor Yacht (built 2013 / refit 2023), currently under purchase and entering a new, well-structured private and charter program under a dynamic Owner.
Itinerary & Program Overview:
- Yacht purchase closing in July 2025
- Short initial cruising period in the U.S. and Maine
- Transatlantic crossing via Greenland, Iceland, Scotland, and Gibraltar
- Mediterranean base for 12 to 18 months (likely winter base between South of France and Italy)
- Mixed private and charter use

- 8 crew total
- New Owner: collaborative, detail-oriented, and involved in daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Chief Stew on similar-sized yachts (private and charter)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid background in setting and maintaining high interior service standards
- Excellent eye for detail, discretion, and personalized guest service
- Proven ability to train and motivate junior stews
- Confident in planning and executing turnarounds, guest service schedules, and table settings
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Experience handling guest preferences, last-minute requests, and high-demand charter environments
- Strong communicator with a can-do, team-oriented attitude
The Right Fit:

You’ll be working closely with the Captain, Chef, and Owner to deliver seamless service to both private guests and charter clients.
