DECKHAND WANTED | 3:1 ROTATION | ASAP START
We are currently recruiting for a Deckhand to join a professionally run 80m+ private motor yacht currently in the Mediterranean. This is a great opportunity to join an active and close-knit crew on a 3:1 rotational contract. Salary TBC
Start Date: Immediate – candidates must be available to join ASAP
Gender: Male only (due to cabin arrangements)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one full season or 1 year of experience on board similar-sized vessels and be comfortable with all deck operations. You should have a strong work ethic, be hands-on, and ready to integrate into a dynamic and energetic deck team.
The crew are active and enjoy staying fit, so we’re looking for someone who embraces a healthy lifestyle and enjoys being part of a team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Deckhand on similar-sized yachts
- Yachtmaster Offshore
- RYA Jet Ski Instructor
- Skilled in tender driving, line handling, and exterior maintenance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
