POSITION: Experienced Purser – 80m Private M/Y
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Purser to join a prestigious 80m private motor yacht, currently located in the Mediterranean.
This is an immediate start position with a structured handover in place. The ideal candidate must be confident stepping into the role and hitting the ground running.
This role will begin as a trial period, with the possibility to become a permanent position on equal rotation for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Extensive prior experience as a Purser on 80m+ motor yachts
- Strong capability in all areas of back-of-house operations, including:
- Administration and financials
- Logistics and provisioning
- Itinerary planning and guest arrangements
- Port clearances and crew logistics
- Managing last-minute changes with composure and efficiency
- Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- No visible tattoos due to owner's preferences
- Must be someone who enjoys keeping fit and healthy, as the crew maintain an active and health-conscious lifestyle
