Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Temporary Head Chef for a 65m Charter motor yacht to join ASAP
A fantastic opportunity to join a busy, professional program for the remainder of the Mediterranean season.
Requirements:
- STCW, ENG1
- Culinary trained
- Proven experience as Head Chef on similar-sized charter yachts
- Confident with a variety of international cuisines
- Strong provisioning knowledge and ability to work independently
- Flexible, calm under pressure, and guest-focused
Start date: ASAP for 8 weeks aprox
Location: Mediterranean-based
Salary: 350-400 EUR per day
