The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a confident and sporty Deckhand to join a stunning 70M private. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic deck team with strong longevity and a great onboard culture.
You’ll be part of a five-person deck team, supporting all aspects of deck operations including watersports, tender driving, and general maintenance. The role is highly guest-focused, and you'll spend extended periods with the owner's children, so being comfortable around kids is essential. We’re looking for someone with a professional yet fun and energetic approach who can thrive in a family-style environment. Comfort around dogs is also a plus.
