The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an experienced and confident Lead Service professional to join a prestigious 90M+ private yacht. This role is perfect for a polished and diligent candidate with proven experience managing high-end service teams in luxury environments.
As Head of Owner’s Service, you will oversee a core team of four, which expands during busy guest periods to include a barman and additional staff from private residences. You’ll report directly to the Captain and be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead with confidence and grace. You’ll be expected to train, guide, and maintain service standards while remaining adaptable to the dynamic nature of a busy, high-profile yacht program.
- Required experience: Proven leadership experience in a service-focused role aboard large yachts or in luxury hospitality
