We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) for a 38m private motor yacht currently operating a single-season Mediterranean program. The ideal candidate will be confident leading, have excellent organizational skills, and a strong eye for detail to maintain high standards of interior service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent service and housekeeping standards
- Available to start immediately
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and Schengen visa
This is a private program with lovely owners and a professional crew environment. The vessel runs a busy but well-structured schedule.

- Salary: 4500-5000 EUR
- Leave: 38 days
