Burgess recruitment is seeking a temporary chef to join a 45m+ Private M.Y
We are looking for a skilled and experienced temporary Chef for a 45m+ private motor yacht, cruising the Mediterranean between 1–12 August 2025. This is to cover a short guest trip with the owner, family, and guests on board.
The successful candidate will be confident managing a one-chef galley and capable of delivering a high standard of fresh, seasonal, and well-balanced cuisine. The ability to adapt menus to suit varying preferences, including children and dietary requirements, is essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role on yachts 40m+
- Recognised culinary qualifications preferred
- Valid Food & Hygiene Level 2
- STCW and ENG1
Start Date: 1 August 2025
End Date: 12 August 2025
Location: Mediterranean
Package: 350-400 EUR per day
