Temp 2nd Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a Temporary 2nd Engineer to join a private superyacht from 13 July to 6 August 2025 could turn into full time rotational contract.

• Position: 2nd Engineer (Temporary)
• Dates: 13 July – 6 August
• Rate: €265 per day
• Own cabin

Ideal candidates will have 5 years yachting experience, valid certifications(Min Y3 or SV second or higher, and be ready to hit the ground running.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/1 Engineer Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
• RIII/2 2nd Engineer (Unlimited)
• RIII/2 Chief Engineer (Unlimited)/ Class 1
• 2nd Engineer III/2 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
• RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/2 Y1 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <9000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
