Summary
A Head Chef is required for a temporary position onboard a 77m private vessel in the Mediterranean for the month of August - possibly extended into September.
The candidate will join the vessel at the end of July to handover with the permanent Chef onboard.
Cruising itinerary for the month boss trip includes Portofino, St. Tropez and Monaco
We are looking for a flexible and dynamic Chef to cater for 4-8 guests at a time, with the potential of additional guests joining for meals while in port. All meals will be served onboard.
The Chef will need to be experienced and proficient in seafood, as all protein served onboard is from the sea. They will need to provide clean, healthy and fresh dishes, including Sushi. No deep frying, limited carbs etc.
The candidate must have exceptional food presentation
Candidates must be male due to cabin arrangements
