Summary
Great opportunity for an experienced Sole Chef to join a dual season 40m+ charter/private vessel in France to finish off an exciting charter season in the Med before heading back to the US for the Caribbean season.
Ideally looking for someone permanent but open to temp candidates who are available and ready to smash out a successful rest of the Med season with four charters left and potentially one or two more.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Sole Chef on similar sized vessels. Will be cooking for 10 guests and 9 crew so must be confident in their skills and be able to handle the pace and dynamic of cooking for this amount of crew and guests.
Someone who is ready to hit the ground running, be a team player and has a variety of knowledge on different cuisine including American cuisine will do well in this role.
7000 - 7500 euros DOE.
60 days leave (additional leave on top of the 60 days when the owner brings his own chef for boss trips).
2x flights per year. Bonus structure in place.
Annual training allowance. Full medical.
Schengen visa in hand.
Start date ideally 2 July In France for a charter but latest 11 July.
