Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Mate for a 35m+ yacht
We are currently looking for a Mate to join a great team ASAP
Requirements
- Yacht Master commercially endorsed
- Strong charter experience
- Previous experience with ‘Manage My Vessel’ preferred
- Assist the Captain with navigation and onboard operations
- Handle mooring and anchoring procedures, deck maintenance and safety procedures
- Excellent tender driver and water toy experience
- Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations.
- Must be willing to actively participate on deck and collaborate effectively with the deck crew
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, guests, and third-party services
Start date: ASAP
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 5000 after probation 5500
Leave: 60 days
Charter/Private vessel based in the Med, mainly in Italy.
