Summary
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join a 77m expedition vessel with a high-standard galley team and an exciting program.
This is a great opportunity to work under a talented Head Chef and be part of a professional, dynamic, and supportive crew environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Sous Chef on yachts over 60m or a strong background in high-end restaurants and hotels.
You must be creative, well-organized, and confident in preparing a variety of international cuisines to the highest level.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in guest and crew meal preparation, provisioning, hygiene management, and galley organization.
Requirements:
- Culinary training or strong land-based fine dining background
- Previous yachting experience in a similar role
- Valid STCW, ENG1, Food&Hygiene Level 3
- EU/Schengen visa

Type of contract: Rotational 4:2 months

Salary: industry standard x 12 months + charter tips
