Seasonal in New England - end of July to end of September
Mostly Deck work but you will help on interior as well.
This is a very active program. The family and crew do most everything together. Eating, cooking, hiking, activities, etc. It is a dry boat so best for a crewmember that enjoys a healthy lifestyle and spending LOTS of time onboard as there is not much "off the boat time".

License Required: None needed but a small deck license, STCW is a plus.
Requirements:
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months+)
US Passport/Green card Ideally - valid minimum 1 year OR B1/B2 visa (valid for min. 1 year)
Light to Non drinkers are preferred as this is a DRY boat.
Happy, fun, active and enjoys a family style program. You are treated like one of the family.
Deck: at least 1 season experience ideally
Deck maintenance experience.
Lines/Fenders
Watch keeping.
Interior: Just some experience cleaning, laundry.
some cooking skills are nice but not a requirement
Provisioning
Everyone pitches in including the owners and captain.
Job Specifics: You will share a bunk and head with the Captain. There is a small crew galley as well.
There are curtains on the bunks for some privacy.
The family spends quite a bit of time on board. They are very active and many times you go along on hikes, etc. Everyone eats family style together. They all eat out a lot as well.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
