The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Captain and Stewardess couple to join a newly launched 25M private yacht. This is a full-time opportunity for a professional, switched-on couple looking for longevity with genuinely lovely owners who value and invest in their crew.
The Role (Captain):
The Captain must hold a Master 200 and ideally have strong engineering capabilities. This is a hands-on position, well-suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, taking initiative, and approaching tasks with a “work smarter, not harder” mindset. Confidence, experience, and the ability to independently manage a new build yacht are key. This could also be a great step up for a highly capable engineer with strong leadership potential.
The Role (Stewardess):
The Stewardess must have a positive, can-do attitude and a high level of professionalism. Strong service experience is required, and while cooking is not essential, the ability to prepare breakfast is essential. If you enjoy cooking, those skills will likely be appreciated and put to good use.
