The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a Captain to join a 22M private yacht for the season. Strong knowledge of the Mediterranean is essential, as you’ll be expected to recommend top cruising spots and restaurants along the way. You must hold a valid Yachtmaster certificate and be confident managing all navigational, operational, and crew responsibilities. The owner is hands-on and would like to be actively involved, including learning how to drive the yacht - so a patient and communicative approach is key.
