The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a confident and mature 2nd Stewardess to join a 40M private yacht with a total crew of 7. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is team-oriented, organised, and brings a calm, positive presence to a close-knit crew.
You’ll be working closely with the Chief Stewardess, focusing primarily on housekeeping and laundry, while also assisting in service when needed. A proactive attitude is essential, you must take direction well, show initiative, and be adaptable when plans change last minute. The service style onboard is relaxed yet refined, with a family feel.
Fluency in Spanish is essential, as the owners often host Spanish-speaking guests. The owners are a lovely couple, although the principal can be particular at times, so you must be professional, composed, and mindful in your approach.
This role suits someone who enjoys a calm, respectful work environment and is looking for longevity with a good crew culture.
