We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 77m private yacht with a 2:2 rotation and a start date - 21 July 2025.
Key Requirements:
- 1 year of experience onboard yachts
- Strong culinary background, ideally with high-end or fine dining restaurant experience
- Passionate about producing fresh, healthy, and varied cuisine
- Willingness to learn and take direction, this is a great opportunity for someone open to development and training
- Confident, clean, and calm in the galley
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
- All certificates must be above 6 months of expiry. STCW, PDSD/PSA, ENG1, FHL2 or above
You'll be joining an established and supportive team. The vessel runs a busy but well-organised private program with high standards and a friendly team.
