We are seeking an experienced Strong Service Stewardess to join a private yacht. This is a service-focused role, ideal for someone with a fine dining background who brings professionalism, adaptability, and a positive team spirit.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit interior team, so we're looking for someone who can slot in smoothly and support the existing structure on board.
Key Requirements:
• Solid land based background in fine dining, with experience in silver service and plated dinners
• Previous yacht experience on larger vessels
• High attention to detail and confident in guest-facing roles
• Positive, upbeat personality – someone who integrates easily with the team
• Strong team player with a genuine passion for service excellence
• Demonstrates logic, foresight, and the ability to manage multiple situations calmly and effectively
• Willing and able to support the current team structure without disrupting onboard systems
• Takes direction well and is adaptable to the yacht’s established routines
