Summary
DMB Yachting We are currently seeking a highly qualified Chief Officer on a temporary contract. This role requires an experienced deck officer with strong leadership, navigation proficiency, and a hands-on approach to yacht operations, crew supervision, and guest service.

- End Date: 01 September 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily yacht operations and ensure full compliance with maritime regulations
- Manage and train deck crew, maintaining a professional and positive team environment
- Support the Captain in navigation, watchkeeping, and vessel operations
- Conduct safety drills and ensure adherence to onboard safety procedures
- Oversee exterior maintenance and ensure high standards of appearance and function
- Coordinate guest activities and itineraries with the Captain
- Assist with provisioning, inventory management, and general deck logistics
- Deliver outstanding service and hospitality to guests
Minimum Requirements
- License: Yachtmaster Ocean or equivalent, CM
- Certificates: Valid seafarer medical certificate
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role on motor yachts
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- In-depth knowledge of safety and emergency protocols
Contract Details
- Salary: EUR 4,500 per month
