Job description:
We are seeking a self-employed Female Private Chef (client's request) to support a high-profile professional client with a dynamic lifestyle.
The chef will work five days per week, primarily providing breakfast service to be served at around 9:00 AM and flexible dinners at 7 pm / 8 pm. There is often no lunch requirement; the chef would often benefit from a break in the afternoon.
The ideal candidate will have strong energy and a positive presence, as the client places importance on “good energy,” kind demeanour, and overall positive attitude.
The chef must be confident cooking in a solo environment, adaptable to last-minute changes, and skilled at working discreetly and professionally in a private home setting.
Cuisine must be versatile, with a focus on organic, always gluten-free cooking. The client enjoys Mediterranean, French, Italian, and Asian dishes, with a heavy emphasis on red meat and vegetable-based meals. There are no allergies, but top quality and top ingredient sourcing matter.
The client lives alone in a large, modern flat with a professional-grade kitchen. While the chef will not be involved in catering events, they must be comfortable working in a kitchen that also occasionally hosts separate events with outside chefs.
This role is strictly freelance, with invoicing handled monthly based on a typical schedule of up to 20 working days per month. The chef will not be required to travel with the client, though some flexibility is expected due to occasional travel or extended client absences.

REQUIREMENTS:
ONLY self-employed chefs will be considered; a cooking trial and a chef's portfolio with photos are required for client submission.
