Guests: Private use only, cooking for up to 9 crew and 8/10 Guests
Restrictions: Male candidates only, due to cabin arrangements
Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef for a 45-meter private yacht located in the Eastern Mediterranean. The role is temporary, running from mid-June until the end of September, with an immediate start preferred.
This is a privately used vessel, and the chef will primarily be cooking for 9 crew members and the owners during their summer visits. The galley is already well-stocked, and the candidate will be expected to step in with minimal onboarding.
The ideal chef will be confident preparing classic, simple, and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine - dishes that are well-seasoned, tasty, and clean, with no modernist elements or oversized portions.
The owners favour traditional recipes, fresh salads, greens, and an uncomplicated approach to cooking.
The position is only open to male candidates due to cabin arrangements.
The role includes a monthly salary of €7,500, with 45 days of annual leave accrued pro rata
