With a competitive salary range, this position is the perfect fit for a seasoned Master with a 200+ GT license, STCW certification, and a current marine medical fitness assessment.

Preferred Requirements: Must hold a b1/b2 visa (min. 3 years expiration) or US passport or US green card/work permit Possess a minimum 200GT Master license and STCW certification

Maintain a current marine medical fitness assessment, ensuring you are fit for duty

Demonstrate strong engineering skills to oversee the yacht's operations

Bring previous experience working on AZIMUT yachts, which is highly desirable

Possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with the yacht's owners and crew

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Captain, with a proven track record of safely navigating and managing large motor yachts

Thorough knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in the yachting industry

A passion for the sea and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for the yacht's owners and guests
