Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Captain for a +40m private motor yacht currently based in Italy. This is a permanent position for a private program with an Italian Owner, focusing on high standards, discretion, and reliability.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience as Captain on similar sized yachts (+40m), ideally with a solid history in the Med.
- Master 500GT license – minimum requirement.
- Strong leadership and crew management skills.
- Fluent in English; Italian language is a strong plus, as per Owner’s preference.
- Hands on, proactive, and solution oriented approach.
- Previous experience with private yacht operations and Owner’s family lifestyle is preferred.
Crew: Strong team spirit and respectful leadership are key.
Salary: 10500€.
Contract: Permanent
