We are recruiting a Bosun for a brand-new 50m motor yacht, privately used, with a dynamic and professional team already in place. The vessel is currently in Italy, and ready to welcome an experienced deck leader on board.

Position Details:

• Role: Bosun
• Start Date: ASAP
• Port of Joining: Italy
• Contract: Full time
• Usage: Private only

Package:

• Salary: €4,500/month
• Leave: 42 days per year
• Cabin: Shared 

Requirements:

• Minimum certification:
• Yacht master 200 (YM200)
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• PWC Instructor (Jetski)
• Proven experience in a similar role on yachts of similar size
• Strong deck operations knowledge, tender driving, and guest facing experience
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and good leadership skills

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt

RYA Qualifications

• RYA Powerboat Level 1
• RYA Powerboat Level 2

Instructor Qualifications

• RYA PWC Instructor (jetski etc)
