Requirements:
Passport (min. 6 months)
STCW + refresher
AEC1 and 2+ ideally
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months min.)
B1/B2 visa or US passport
Other Requirements: Active, happy disposition.
Responsibilities: Captain.
Needs to be able to be accountable and responsible.
Needs an active captain, hands on and help ensure safe operations. Trip planning.
Good with finances, budgeting and accounting.
Needs to be a good communicator with owners and management.
OTHER: Private use, family, friends and corporate guest. The boat is docked in a Marina in Miami. Owners flight to the vessel. Crew must be in stand by at all times. The owners will use it for a variety of entertainment activities like watersports, fishing relaxation, beach set ups.
The vessel runs with 5 full time crew - Captain, engineer, mate, stew and chef. - Crew speaks Spanish and English
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on your past experience and compensation.
Package: 12 days off every 3 months worked. Flights to and from the vessel, medical insurance while onboard.
Commercial Registered Yacht: No, private under 500 GT.
